Skylar Grey has denied reports that she has been working with Cheryl Cole.
The singer-songwriter was reported to have been writing for Cole's third studio album, after it was revealed the Girls Aloud star had started working with Grey's friend and producer Alex Da Kid.

When Digital Spy asked Grey if the stories were true, she responded: "I'm going to be honest with you, I don't even know who [Cole] is."
Meanwhile, the 24-year-old revealed that her debut album Invisible will contain an array of different sounds all brought together by Alex Da Kid's beats.
She explained: "There's some cinematic stuff and pretty much the whole album is emotionally-driven tones over deep beats that Alex Da Kid made.
"There is hip-hop influences in the drums, '90s-styled guitar sounds and the way that I write songs is very traditional."
Asked if she had any tracks she is excited for fans to hear, Grey confessed that she had been working on a new song with dance producer Kaskade.
She added: "There's another that I'm extremely excited about which is actually a collaboration, but I don't know where it's going to live exactly.
"I worked on it with Kaskade and it's one of my favourite songs I've ever written."
