The boyband will release their third opus Jukebox in the UK on November 14 and will include 12 tracks as part of the set.
The LP is headed up by their number one summer hit 'She Makes Me Wanna', which features US female emcee Dev.
New single 'Take A Chance On Me' places at four on the list, while new titles including 'Teach Me How To Dance' and 'Go Harder' also feature.
JLS will showcase their new material live during their upcoming UK arena tour, which kicks off in Liverpool on March 13, 2012.
The band have had to add a number of extra dates to meet demand after tickets for the shows sold out instantly.
JLS' new single 'Take A Chance On Me' will be available to download on November 6.
