The singer unveiled the official promo for her latest single 'You Have To Be There', which features on her upcoming album Someone To Watch Over Me.
The clip was filmed during Boyle's rehearsals at London's Symphony Orchestra home on Old Street as she was preparing to perform the track live on television shows across the world.
Boyle said: "Well this song makes a demand on God's presence, it raises questions as to whether or not he can be there when needed.
"It's a powerful song. It was written by Benny & Bjorn from Abba and originates from their musical Kristina and it's very evocative and emotional."
Boyle's third album Someone To Watch Over Me will be released in the UK on November 7 and in the US on November 1.
