Albarn starts work with Clash member

6 Music reports that they have been working together in a studio, but the nature of the work is being kept under wraps. No information has been offered about the collaboration from the Blur frontman's label Parlophone, only that "all will be revealed soon".
Meanwhile, Albarn has also been busy working on new Blur material with Alex James and Dave Rowntree.
Simonon has not been seen on the music scene for a while, having been focusing on his work as an artist since the dissolution of his post-Clash band Havana 3am.
