Boy George's life story for coffee table book 'King of Queens'

Titled Kings of Queens, the piece will include previously unseen personal photos, school reports, letters and illustrations.
Only 999 copies, each signed by the Culture Club star, will be available.
They will come with a 10" vinyl disc featuring unheard and unreleased songs from throughout his singing career.
Kings of Queens will be released by Kitchen Sink Publishing on December 12.
