The pair are seen hugging on the roof of a building in the teaser clip, which was released on Morrison's official YouTube page.
He told Digital Spy of working with the 'Price Tag' star: "[It was] pretty intense. I was s**ting myself to be honest! She's sassy and an amazing popstar.
"She doesn't normally record tracks that she hasn't written herself, so I felt pretty privileged that she agreed to do it."
'Up' marks the second cut from the singer's new album The Awakening, which is currently number one on the album charts for a second week.
The song follows 'I Won't Let You Go', which peaked at number five last month.
