Keys will be joined on stage by Usher, will.i.a.m and Mary J Blige for Keep A Child Alive's Black Ball on November 3 in New York City.
This year's Black Ball will pay tribute to Harrison's "philanthropic contributions to India".

Keep A Child Alive was founded in 2003 by philanthropist Leigh Blake in an effort to help AIDS patients in the Third World.
Harrison died on November 29, 2001 after a long battle with cancer. He was survived by his son Dhani Harrison and Olivia Harrison, his wife of 23 years.
Keys recently announced that she will write songs for the upcoming Broadway musical Stick Fly, which begins previews on November 18 at the Cort Theater.
