The band will offer fans the chance to listen to their new record Ceremonials online four days ahead of its official release in the UK on October 31.
Channel 4 has teamed up with the Florence Welch-fronted collective to create an exclusive microsite to host the new material.
Fans will be able to access the online stream on October 27 if they have registered with Channel4.com beforehand free of charge.
The broadcaster will also record the band's one-off London show at the Hackney Empire later this month to air in early November.
Florence + the Machine: The Ceremonial from Hackney Empire was commissioned by Head of T4 and Music Neil McCallum.
An extended interview with Nick Grimshaw and the group will also be broadcast on T4, while Welch will offer bespoke commentary on tracks 'What The Water Gave Me' and 'Shake It Out' through Channel4.com.
