The band will perform a double headliner set at The Big Reunion event at Butlins over the weekends on November 18-20 and 25-27.
The Mike Skinner-fronted group will top the bill for the main stage at the Skegness-based show on November 19 and November 26.
The shows will be used to close the promotional campaign for their fifth studio album Computers And Blues and will round off their ten-year career.
The band will be preceded by performances from Example, Chase and Status and Pendulum. Tickets for the shows are on sale now.
Meanwhile, The Streets will play their final London gig at the Freeze Festival in Battersea Power Station, which runs from October 28-29.
Skinner previously explained that he has retired The Streets as he feels too old for the band.
