The 17-year-old singer will join Lady GaGa live in Times Square for the New Year's celebration.
Last month, GaGa announced that she will be making her first appearance on the annual holiday show.
The bi-coastal programme will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest in Times Square, while Fergie will host more performances in Los Angeles.
This year's programme marks the 40th Anniversary of Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, which will air on December 31 on ABC.
Bieber debuted the first single 'Mistletoe' from his upcoming Christmas album Under The Mistletoe on Seacrest's radio show earlier today.
