The late E Street Band saxophonist recorded 'There's Still Christmas' and 'The Christmas Song' in 1981, but the tracks were never officially released until now.
Both songs will be premiered at Asbury Park, NJ's Wonder Bar on November 18 prior to their release on iTunes.
Clemons played several of Bruce Springsteen's festive classics, including the singer's popular 'Santa Claus Is Coming To Town' and 'Merry Christmas Baby'.
The musician died in June at age 69 after suffering a stroke. He was the subject of tributes from Springsteen, Lady GaGa and Coldplay.
E Street Band guitarist Steven Van Zandt recently revealed that he planned to meet with Springsteen to discuss the band's future in the wake of Clemons's passing.
