The singer will release 'Down For Whatever' as the first UK cut to be lifted from her forthcoming Here I Am album.
The accompanying video sees the X Factor judge showcase a number of different styles including a bob haircut, UV makeup and a spiky black leotard.
The track was produced by Lady GaGa collaborator RedOne and will be available to download on November 21.
'Down For Whatever' will come complete with extra remixes from Chuckie, True Tiger and Pitron & Sanna.
The international version of Here I Am will follow the single's release and is available to buy on November 28.
The set will include a collaboration with Lil Wayne on 'Motivation' and her current US single 'Lay It On Me'.
