The band have debuted their brand new track 'Tiger Blood', which will be included as a double A-side single with album cut 'Wetsuit'.
'Tiger Blood' was produced by The Strokes' Albert Hammond Jr at his own recording studio based in Upstate New York.
Both singles will be released on 7" and as a digital bundle on December 4 in the UK.
The Vaccines' debut album What Did You Expect From The Vaccines? reached number four on the chart earlier this year.
The indie-rock foursome will support the Arctic Monkeys during their upcoming UK tour, which starts on October 28.
