The singer, who finished second place in this year's Britain's Got Talent, said that he was a huge fan of Bryan and compared her to the 'Fly' rapper.
Discussing this year's X Factor with Digital Spy, he said: "Misha B is my favourite - she's like another Nicki Minaj and I think she's fantastic.
"The judges have made great decisions this year; I like that Tulisa [Contostavlos] put some of the groups together herself with the best singers. The new judging lineup is really good - Gary [Barlow] is the new Simon [Cowell] and Tulisa seems like she really cares about everyone."
Asked whether he wished he'd auditioned for the show, he insisted: "I always wanted to do it when I was younger. I was desperate to do it from a young age and I don't think I could have waited for The X Factor!"
The 13-year-old recently suggested that Rihanna should join Britain's Got Talent as a judge.
Parke releases his self-titled debut album on October 24.
