
The clip features Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes, JB Gill and Oritse Williams wandering around the deserted streets of London in the dead of night.
Williams previously said that the song "means the world" to JLS, explaining: "It's the kind of song we haven't done before - it's very personal."
'Take A Chance On Me' is the second cut from JLS's third studio album Jukebox, which is set for release in the UK on November 14.
The upcoming LP's tracklisting and artwork were revealed earlier this month.
JLS will kick off their nationwide '4th Dimension' tour in March 2012. The group have added extra dates twice since announcing the jaunt back in early September.
'Take A Chance On Me' will be available to purchase from November 7.
