The band will release Progress Live on DVD and Blu-ray on November 21, but have asserted that any scenes where they are slightly naked are not to make the final cut.
A source told The Sun: "Now they are all around the 40 mark, they worry about their bodies. Their last tour DVD showed the lads getting changed but the film will have no such scenes."
It has been reported that the five-piece have also debated about whether to include Robbie Williams's battle with food poisoning, which forced the group to cancel dates in Denmark back in July.
Retailers have predicted that the tour documentary will become the fastest-selling DVD of all time, exceeding the group's last record-breaking video release Take That Present: The Circus Live.
A double disc CD album of the tour titled Progress Live will follow the DVD release a week later on November 28.
