The singer - real name Phillipa Brown - will perform at London's 100 Club on November 15, where she will showcase material from her forthcoming second album, which follows in March next year.
The gig marks Ladyhawke's first London show for two years. She will also play songs from her self-titled debut album.
Fans who sign up to the mailing list on her official website will be given priority access for show tickets when they are released on Wednesday, November 2.
Ladyhawke peaked at number 16 on the album chart in 2008 and sold over 200,000 copies.
Brown teased details of the record's lead single earlier this year, tweeting: "First single out in the nxt few months. Can't wait to get back into it again! (sic)"
She also admitted that she was feeling 'stressed' about the set, adding: "It's going to be a completely different album and style."
