The retro disc will contain the band's recent single 'Shake It Out', with only 500 copies being commissioned for press.
They will be distributed through The Vinyl Factory over the coming months, following the release of the group's second studio album Ceremonials on October 31.
Each vinyl case has been screen printed, silver foiled and hand numbered on white card and includes a collection of Lagerfeld-shot photographic portraits.
The vinyl will mark the only physical release of 'Shake It Out', which has been available digitally for the last few weeks. It will also contain a remix of the single by The Weeknd.
Florence + the Machine recently performed three new tracks from Ceremonials live at a gig in New York two weeks ahead of its official unveiling.
They also played a sold-out gig at the Hackney Empire earlier this week, which will be shown on Channel 4 at the start of November.
