Former Smiths guitarist Marr said that the Oasis singer-songwriter lived in one of his homes free of charge during the late 1990s.
The 47-year-old told Fantastic Fan: "I had a place in London up until about '97, '98 when Noel Gallagher vacated it, because I'd let him borrow it for a couple of years."
The star added: "I couldn't be bothered being anyone's landlord. I think he owes me a lot in back rent. At what, £2,000 a week?"
Marr left The Cribs in April earlier this year to embark on a solo career.
