The Gorillaz star's operatic project Doctor Dee will play at the capital's Coliseum from June 25 next summer over seven days.
All performances will begin at 7.30pm, with the other dates being June 26, 28, 29 and July 4, 6 and 7. July 7 will also see a matinee performance at 2.30pm.
A live recording of Doctor Dee, which will feature Albarn singing ten tracks from the show, is slated for a spring release.
The London shows follow Doctor Dee's official premiere at the Manchester International Festival earlier this year.
Tickets for the string of operas will go on sale from November 4.
Albarn made his debut live appearance with Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea over the weekend, as part of their new project Rocketjuice And The Moon.
The former Blur performer will also be playing two shows as part of The Good, The Bad & The Queen at The Coronet Theatre on November 10, which will be their first live shows in three years.
