The singer rapped his own verses over an instrumental of the hip-hop duo's 'Otis', which featured on their collaborative album Watch The Throne.
The teen star performed the skit while visiting radio station Power 106 FM to promote his new Christmas album Under The Mistletoe.
Bieber's lyrics included: "Damn, damn JB/Where the hell you been?/Yeah I got a new necklace, diamonds/Two big face Rolies/No, I ain't lying."
After the first verse, the 'Baby' performer told the DJ to keep the track going so he could continue to rap a second verse.
Bieber's new festive collection Under The Mistletoe is out now.
The set features Bieber's version of 'Drummer Boy', which also showcases the 17-year-old's rapping ability.
