The boyband recently shot the promo for their upcoming single 'Warzone' in New York, ahead of its official release later this year.
When asked why they chose 'Warzone' as their new cut, Siva Kaneswaran told Digital Spy: "It's a song we wrote and it's a good sounding track. It was relevant to us and we told the record label that this was the song we wanted to go with.
"It's a real moment where our sound is starting to come into its own."
Kaneswaran added of the accompanying video: "We shot it in Brooklyn and there's a bit of a fight scene in it.
"It's an angry fight scene and it could be quite interesting to watch. We all had to act in it.
"All of us did pretty well on the day, to be fair! We all had to fight with this guy and got really involved and didn't hold back!"
'Warzone' will be the fourth single to be lifted from The Wanted's new album Battleground, which is out now.
