Robbie Williams has delayed the release of his latest album after realising the previously scheduled date would mean he was competing with Justin Timberlake's new project.
The original plan meant that Williams' 1974 and Timberlake's FutureSex: LoveSounds were both due to come out on September 11.
The 'Feel' singer will now launch his album in early October - although he will still face competition from The Killers' second release.
A source told The Sun: “Taking on Timberlake would have been madness but The Killers will still provide some serious competition.”
