Will Ferrell has said that he was "completely flattered" to appear on Kanye West and Jay-Z's 'N***as in Paris'.

The track appears on the rappers' Watch The Throne LP.

It features a clip of Ferrell as his Blades of Glory character Chazz Michael Michaels saying, "We're gonna skate to one song and one song only" in the opening seconds.

Ferrell told MTV News that he did not hesitate to say yes when asked if he would cameo.

"Kanye reached out to me and I said, 'Of course'. I was completely flattered when they asked if they could sample me into the song," Ferrell said.

"When I heard it for the first time, I just started to laugh because it felt so surreal. But I really did like the song."

The Anchorman actor went on to say that he hopes to bring the collaboration into the world of video, adding: "We were trying to film a piece that they would use on the video boards of their concert, but haven't gotten it together."

Chris Brown recently unveiled a remix of 'N***as in Paris' featuring a new rap verse.

Last month, Jay-Z and Kanye West added more dates to their hugely successful 'Watch the Throne' tour.
