A demo version of her upcoming cut 'Give Me All Your Love' leaked online in full earlier this week, three months ahead of its official unveiling.
The singer's manager Guy Oseary took to Twitter to state: "Madonna told me this morning (November 9): 'My true fans wouldn't do this'.
"Whoever is responsible for this leak, we ask that you please stop."
He added: "The plan was for new music to come out in the New Year, and yet someone leaked a demo version of a song yesterday.
"I'm very happy with the positive reaction to the demo, but we are very upset with whoever leaked the song."
The final version of the track will include features from Nicki Minaj and MIA and has been produced by Martin Solveig.
Oseary also revealed that the upcoming album, which is being produced by William Orbit, has yet to receive a title and will be completed by the end of the year.
