The 'Baby' star is seen knocking over presents and playing the drums in the clip for his rendition of 'Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town', which serves as the theme song to the forthcoming movie Arthur Christmas.
"It's a classic Christmas song and I know everybody knows it, so it's going to be really exciting for all the kids and families to see it," he said.
"The set is basically Santa's workshop. I'm working on the toys and the toys come to life and do things like the robot. It looks super cool."
Lia Vollack, president, worldwide music for Sony Pictures, said: "It was important to us to have a song that connected with the film's themes - and you couldn't ask for a better match than 'Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town'.
"We had a great experience working with Justin on The Karate Kid, so we're thrilled to be working with him - it's a perfect fit for our movie's core audience."
'Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town' also features on Bieber's new Christmas album Under the Mistletoe, which is out now.
Arthur Christmas, a 3D family comedy based on Santa's youngest son, is released in cinemas tomorrow.
