The singer will release 'Marry The Night' as the fifth cut to be lifted from her multi-million-selling album Born This Way.
The image sees GaGa with brown hair being wheeled through an old-fashioned hospital on a bed by two nurses.
The performer posted the picture on Twitter with the caption: "It's Not that I've been Dishonest, It's Just that I Loathe Reality."
The 25-year-old shot the visual in New York last month and was spotted filming part of the video on a car bonnet while fire raged in the background.
The 'Marry The Night' music promo will be GaGa's directorial debut and the star admitted that she is looking forward to "sharing this autobiographical video with the world".
'Marry The Night' is available to download now, but has been handed an official impact date of November 21.
The week of its release will also see GaGa's new tour DVD Lady GaGa Presents The Monster's Ball Tour at Madison Square Garden, a remix collection called Born This Way Remixes and a photobook go on sale.
