The band were recorded for producer and collaborator Nigel Godrich's live session series earlier this year, playing their recent album The King Of Limbs in full.
The DVD and Blu-ray releases will include live renditions of unreleased tracks 'The Daily Mail', 'Staircase' and Record Day single 'Supercollider'.
Each format will also come with download links to a digital edition of the set along with a 32-page hardcover book.
Radiohead have posted a pre-order link for the disc on their official site, promising delivery in time for the Christmas period.
However, fans will not be able to buy the DVD from retail outlets until January 2012.
It was recently reported that Radiohead's The King Of Limbs is the most purchased vinyl in the UK so far this year, helping to drive sales of the format up by 40%.
