The group appear in a new animated short supporting the campaign, which aims to highlight the value and importance of music.
The new film features the band members' stories from their first meeting to The X Factor and their musical inspirations.
JLS perform an acapella rendition of their debut number one hit 'Beat Again' over the visual.
Music Matters was launched in March last year with the support of Tinchy Stryder, Duffy and songwriter Guy Chambers.
It has since received backing from a host of legendary performers including The Beatles, Iron Maiden and Noel Gallagher.
More information on the Music Matters campaign is available on the organisation's official website.
