The song, produced by Simian Mobile Disco's James Ford, premiered on BBC Radio 1 over the weekend and follows the release of the singer's mixtape Shake Until Your Heart Breaks.
The track is the lead single from Little Boots's as yet untitled second album, which is due to be released in 2012.
She has been working on the follow-up to Hands for the past two years and has described her new sound as "raw" and "spooky".
"The last album was fantastical and magic," she said. "It takes you away to another dimension, and I think the next album will be rawer and a bit more down-to-earth.
"It'll still be magical, but quite dark and spooky at the same time. Hands hints at it."
Little Boots has also schedule a worldwide DJ tour later this month, starting in Paris on November 17 at Chez Moune.
She was forced to cancel American tour dates last year due to commitments in the UK.
