"I couldn't miss a chance like this," Sandé said. "I haven't even had a chance to tell my mum I'm playing Wembley. She's going to kill me."
Tempah added: "This is Emeli Sandé, the star of 2012."
Sandé will open Coldplay's upcoming arena shows and recently debuted her new music video 'Daddy'.
Meanwhile, Rowland recently confessed that she is finding judging The X Factor to be "extremely hard", saying that she wished all the acts could be given time to "flourish" without threat of elimination.
