Florence Welch: 'Performing two encores is weird'

The singer believes that Florence + the Machine suit encores as they are an act who are "inclined to do dramatic gestures", though she said that they would never do it if they weren't headlining.
Welch told the Sydney Morning Herald: "I don't think you should do two. One is okay, but two, no way. I think I wouldn't do an encore if it wasn't your own show.
"I think an encore is perfectly acceptable, but I find it so weird when people do two or three."
She added: "I quite like the drama of an encore. I think an encore is for those artists who are inclined to do dramatic gestures, and I certainly would say I am inclined towards them.''
Florence + the Machine recently topped the UK album chart with their second studio album Ceremonials.
