Wanted's Max George: 'What's Britney Spears done in past five years?'

The Wanted's Max George has said that he has no idea what Britney Spears has been up to in the past few years.

The Wanted recently opened for Spears in Manchester on her UK tour.

"I'll be honest with you, I don't have a f**king clue what she's done in the past five years," he told Sugarscape.

"But the old stuff - you can't beat it. 'Slave For You' was the best one, and 'Toxic'. 'My Prerogative' was pretty sexy.

"I think everyone loved Britney when she came out with 'Hit Me Baby One More Time' - everyone wanted to go to school with her."

He added: "I always preferred Britney to Christina [Aguilera] - before 'Dirrty' came along!"



Last week, George revealed that he would love to have a cameo role on Coronation Street, the ITV1 soap which stars his fiancée Michelle Keegan.

The couple started dating in 2010. Keegan announced her engagement to George in June.
