Jedward have confirmed that they will attempt to represent Ireland in the Eurovision for a second time.

The Irish duo took part in the competition earlier this year, finishing eighth with their entry 'Lipstick'. Following their performance, Jedward charted high in various countries around Europe.

Discussing their plans, the twins told Digital Spy: "The UK better watch out. It's going to be huge! We're going to have an amazing song, an amazing dance team - we're going to go out there and do a huge mega-performance."

Promising that they would give it their "best shot", they said that their fans are already "getting behind the campaign", with some already booking their tickets to the Azerbaijan event.

Speaking about their upcoming tour dates in the UK, John and Edward promised fans more of their "high energy" performances, adding that there will be "a lot of jumping and a lot of screaming".

Jedward release their new single 'Wow Oh Wow' on Sunday, November 20.
