Bruno Mars wins 'Favourite Male Artist In Pop/Rock' at AMAs 2011

Bruno Mars has won the award for 'Favourite Male Artist In Pop/Rock' at the 2011 American Music Awards.
The 'Just The Way You Are' singer beat out Justin Bieber and Pitbull for the 'Favourite Male Artist In Pop/Rock' accolade.
"I want to thank the fans for voting," Mars told the crowd, adding: "I want to say hi to my family at home in Hawaii."
Dedicating the award with his fellow nominees, he concluded: "I'd love to share this award with my homies Pitbull and Justin Bieber. Guys, thank you so much."
Earlier in the evening, Bieber took the stage to perform the song 'Mistletoe' from his holiday-themed album Under The Mistletoe.
Mars unveiled the music video for his new Twilight single 'It Will Rain' earlier this month.
The 2011 American Music Awards first aired on ABC. The ceremony will be broadcast in the UK on November 26 at 10pm on VIVA.
