Noel Gallagher has filed legal documents in response to a case raised by brother Liam Gallagher over the bitter breakdown of Oasis in 2009.
Liam launched a libel lawsuit against his sibling in August, saying that the 'AKA...What A Life' singer was "breaking his heart" by allegedly lying about the cause of the the band's split.

Noel is believed to have filed a 14-page document at the High Court in London earlier this month, detailing the decline of his personal and professional relationship with the Beady Eye star.
According to The Mirror, Noel branded Liam as "spiteful and childish" in the legal papers, and accused his brother of leaving abusive voicemail messages to his wife Sara.
He also details a time that Liam wielded a guitar "like an axe" and tried to attack him with the instrument.
Liam previously dismissed suggestions that it was a mistake to sue his brother, saying: "The minute he apologised, it got f**king dropped. And I'd do it all over again."
Liam's spokesperson said that following an apology from Noel, "the matter is now in the hands of lawyers".
Noel has declined to comment on the case.
