Beyoncé releases 'Party' behind-the-scenes video - watch

Beyoncé has released a behind-the-scenes look at one of her recent music videos.

The singer has revealed a 'Making Of' preview for her promo 'Party', which features rapper J Cole, her sister Solange Knowles and cousin Kelly Rowland.

Talking about the video, the star's stylist explained: "The inspiration is trailer-trash, ghetto fabulous, out-there, edgy."

Meanwhile, the 30-year-old said the shoot was one of her favourites as it did not require her to learn an intense dance routine.

Beyoncé joked: "I like this video. It's no choreography, no pressure. All I have to do is party and have a good time."

The performer also revealed that the video is supposed to reflect her simplistic upbringing. She added: "Growing up, I had really amazing parents and I had a great childhood.

"We went from nicer homes to being in apartments with our lights cutting off. It didn't matter where we were 'cause we had love and we had so much fun.

"It's great when you don't have as much how you improvise and you have more fun."

'Party' features on Beyoncé's chart-topping album 4 and is available to download now.
