The singer unveiled a new mix of 'Electric Chapel' by Two Door Cinema Club in a behind-the-scenes video of the shoot.
The star - who will feature on the magazine's cover in January - is seen wearing a dress made from roses and smoking a cigarette in the clip.
The remix of the track features on her Born This Way: The Remix album, which also includes re-workings by Goldfrapp, Foster the People and Metronomy.
Elle is also giving fans in the UK the chance to win the green Simone Rocha dress worn on the cover, which will be unveiled on elleuk.com at 9am tomorrow morning (November 29).
It was recently reported that GaGa is to receive an award from a gay organisation in recognition of her work to inspire gay youth.
