Readers of the magazine can enter a download code printed on page 33 of this week's issue to receive the MP3.
The free song is a live version of 'Hometown Glory', taken from Adele's new DVD and album Live at the Royal Albert Hall.
"Adele is offering Big Issue readers a very special early Christmas gift," the magazine said.
"Written when she was just 16, and originally released in 2007 on Jamie T's Pacemaker Records label, the song is an evocative tribute to Adele's hometown, London."
The code to download the MP3 is live now but will expire on December 4.

Adele's spokesperson recently denied reports that she will make her post-throat surgery live return on The X Factor final.
Other bands who have hooked up with The Big Issue in the past include Arctic Monkeys, who agreed to sell an exclusive magazine on their 2007 tour dates.
