The singer will release 'Looks Like Sex' as the trailer cut from his second studio album Sky High, which is currently slated for release in early 2012.
'Looks Like Sex' has been sent to radio in the US this week and will see a digital release Stateside on December 6. However, a UK release schedule has yet to be confirmed.
Sky High will serve as the follow-up to Posner's 2010 debut album 31 Minutes To Takeoff, which reached number eight on the Billboard 200 chart.
The star recently featured on Cher Lloyd's second single 'With Ur Love', which reached number four on the UK chart earlier this month.
