The band will release 'The Cowboys' Christmas Ball' as a digital download tomorrow (December 1), coinciding with World AIDS Day.
Proceeds made from the track will be donated to the (RED) campaign, which aims to combat HIV and AIDS in Africa.
It is the fifth year in a row that the Las Vegas group have released a festive cut and their latest offering will be bundled into an EP featuring all of their previous Christmas tracks.
The Killers are currently working on their fourth studio album, which will serve as the follow-up to 2008's Day & Age.
The band's drummer Ronnie Vannucci recently revealed that their new record will be guitar heavy.
