Morrissey has played an unreleased song on Conan.
The ex-Smiths frontman, who is currently without a record contract, played new track 'People Are The Same Everywhere' on Conan O'Brien's talkshow during his current US tour.
Morrissey had previously premiered the track during a BBC session alongside other unreleased songs 'Action Is My Middle Name' and 'The Kid's A Looker'.
He also played the song during his David Cameron-baiting Pyramid Stage set at Glastonbury in June.
A judge ruled last month that the singer-songwriter's libel trial against the NME over the contents of a 2007 interview can be heard before a jury.
Morrissey has claimed that "we live in very dumbed-down times" and that everything he says is ridiculed in order to avoid engaging with his comments.
The singer-songwriter has confirmed plans to release an autobiography in 2012.
