The singer will face competition from Barbra Streisand and Tony Bennett in the category for 'Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album' at the ceremony, which will take place on February 12.
On hearing the news, Boyle said: "I am thrilled to have been nominated a second time for a Grammy award. It is a real honour but to be in a category with Barbara Streisand and Tony Bennett, well I'm lost for words."
She added: "It is wonderful. Just to have been nominated again is fantastic."
Harry Connick Jr and Seth McFarlane will also compete for the coveted accolade.
Boyle recently told Digital Spy that she would like to duet with Lady GaGa, Adele or Kings of Leon on a future record.
Susan Boyle's third album Someone to Watch Over Me recently topped the UK chart and reached number four on the US Billboard 200.
