Leona Lewis has covered a Johnny Cash track for her upcoming EP.
The singer will release a rendition of Cash's 'Hurt' on December 9, as part of her Hurt EP which will also contain two further covers.

Cash released the track in 2003 as a single after covering the original Nine Inch Nails version from their 1994 album The Downward Spiral.
Lewis will also include covers of The Goo Goo Dolls' 'Iris' and Counting Crows' 'Colorblind' as part of the digital bundle.
It is expected the star will perform one of the tracks from the EP during this weekend's X Factor final at Wembley Arena, after it was confirmed Lewis was booked to play the show last week.
Lewis's third studio album Glassheart was originally scheduled for release in November, but has now been pushed back to March 26, 2012.
