The document reveals that the star is not a fan of American beers and requested European lagers and fine wine as part of her rider earlier this year, reports The Smoking Gun.
The singer's tour manager stated that Adele requests two bottles of the "very best quality red wine" and a further 12 bottles of the "best quality European lager beer. ie Becks, Stella Artois, Peroni etc".
The rider goes on to read: "North American beer is NOT acceptable."
Also on the list was a pack of Marlboro Lights, bite-size chocolate bars including Twix, Aero, Milky Way and Mars, and organic muesli.
A small plate of "freshly-made, individually-wrapped sandwiches" that "must NOT contain tomatoes, vinegar, chilli or citrus fruit" was also a request, along with a variety of chewing gums.
The document further says that people attending the concert via the free guest list must pay a $20 (£12) donation, which will be given to the UK-based charity Sands.
The organisation is "dedicated to supporting anyone affected by the death of a baby and promoting research to reduce the loss of babies' lives" and the demand asserts that "there will be no exception to this rule".
Adele recently joined forces with The Big Issue in the UK to offer readers a free download of 'Hometown Glory' from her live album, which was recorded at London's Royal Albert Hall in September.
