The singer will play eight dates across the country in support of his debut solo album Colour of the Trap, which was released in May.
The string of gigs will start at Nottingham's Rock City on April 20 and finish at London's HMV Forum on April 28.
The tour follows Kane's supporting slot on Beady Eye and Arctic Monkeys' recent tours, as well as being invited as a special guest for Kasabian's current UK arena shows.
Earlier this year, Kane teased that he may reunite with Alex Turner for their Last Shadow Puppets project and record a follow-up to their 2008 debut The Age of the Understatement.
