When The Pogues and Mariah Carey start their annual ascent up the December charts, it's near-impossible not to be filled with festive cheer.
And between the likes of Wizzard, Slade and Wham!, it's fair to say there are plenty of popstars out there who know how to pen a classic Christmas anthem.

Digital Spy quizzed Alan Carr, Olly Murs, Paddy McGuinness, Ross Noble, Harry Styles and Niall Horan of One Direction, Aston Merrygold and Oritse Williams of JLS, Wretch 32, Emeli Sande, Lisa Snowdon, John Barrowman, Louise Redknapp and, naturally, Cliff Richard himself to find out their favourite Christmas song.
