Del Rey is also seen standing topless in the arms of a tattooed model with the American flag as a backdrop at the start of the clip - a shot which was released in the looped preview to the video at the start of the month.
The same man is later seen cradling the musician's blood-covered body in front of a backdrop of flames.
Del Rey was recently quoted as saying that she was not allowed to be alone with the tiger used during filming "for obvious reasons".
'Born To Die' - the title track from Del Rey's forthcoming debut album of the same name - will be released as a single on January 23, 2012 in the UK.
The album follows on January 30 in the UK and January 31 in the US through Interscope Records.
