James Morrison has spoken about his plans for a second album.
The You Give Me Something singer wants his music to focus less on love and relationships after being given advice from his partner.
"My girlfriend really likes the ones I've written for her but has told me to cool it for the next album," he told the Daily Star. "She wants me to explore my creativity. My single You Give Me Something and the song Pieces Don't Fit are about her.
"We've been together since I was 17 and it's easy 'cos she knows me for me, before any of this music thing kicked off."
Morrison's debut album Undiscovered is currently at the top of the album charts.
