Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner has confessed that he feels like he has "forgotten" how to write a hit single.
The Suck It And See star revealed that he is having trouble adapting to the "different landscape" of today's music industry.

"I have f**king forgotten how to do [a hit single]," he told The Sun. "I don't know what that is anymore, it's a different landscape."
Turner also shared his insecurities over his vocal abilities, claiming that he is "still working" on becoming a good singer.
"I was never a singer. I have had to practice at that and writing melodies is something that didn't come naturally," he said. "I was more comfortable writing lyrics. I am still working on it but I think we are getting there with the singing thing."
Turner previously stated that he "fell out" with Arctic Monkeys' breakout hit 'I Bet You Look Good On The Dance Floor'.
It was revealed in November that the band rejected a move to recording giant Sony and EMI.
